How Did Anonymous Get Started and Who Is Its Leader?

The group was started in 2003 by a group of hackers who were frustrated by the censorship on the internet and the lack of free speech. The leader of the group is a man known as ‘anon’. He has been a member of Anonymous since 2003 and is well known throughout the world. Anonymous has many different members and they come from all over the world. They are very diverse when it comes to age and nationality, but they share a common goal: to fight for freedom of speech on the internet by exposing child pornography or hacking into government or corporate websites. They can be found on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook, where they promote their political views and announce new attacks on websites which they believe are corrupt or wrong in some way.

Anonymous also uses various methods to spread its message, including hacking into companies’ databases to steal information about employees who may have committed illegal acts, or even sending out emails to journalists with information about stories that need exposure. The first time they really made a name for themselves was when they took down several websites that were hosting child pornography images. The group has since gotten more organized and moved onto more complex attacks.

In 2010, Anonymous launched Operation Payback against HB Gary Federal. The company had helped the U.S. government identify and arrest hackers responsible for stealing classified information from government agencies, including details on North Korea’s nuclear weapons program and Iran’s oil deals with the United Nations — among other things.” The Internet has been one of the most significant inventions since the printing press. It has changed the way people communicate, share information, and access services. The Internet is not just a technology; it is a way of life.

As a result of this rapid growth, online privacy has become more important than ever before. People are more concerned about their online security than ever before because they know that there are hackers out there looking for ways to steal personal information. Anonymous has been around since 2003 and is one of the most well known groups on the internet today. They have become famous for their actions against companies that they believe are being too invasive with their customers’ personal information. In fact, they have hacked into several companies such as Visa and MasterCard in order to prevent them from selling customer information to third parties without permission from those customers first!

The group was started by computer security expert and activist LulzSec, also known as AntiSec, which hacked PBS and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 2011. In May 2011, the group began targeting governments around the world, including those of Spain, Italy, Thailand and the United Kingdom. The group claimed responsibility for taking down Sony’s website and several email servers in 2011. In December 2011, Anonymous set its sights on law enforcement after a spate of high-profile arrests were made in connection with Aaron Swartz’s downloading of academic journal articles from JSTOR. In January 2012, Anonymous hacked into the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department website and posted personal information about more than 2,000 deputies online. The group has attacked other targets such as MasterCard and Visa over their perceived support for Israel and Egypt’s military regimes. It has also taken credit for hacking into servers belonging to Bank of America and PayPal earlier this year in an attempt to promote WikiLeaks’ release of classified government documents about war crimes committed by both countries’ armies during the recent Gaza War.”

The United States government has been trying to shut down Anonymous since it began its campaign against it. However, Anonymous continues to spread its message worldwide. Anonymous is made up of people with different backgrounds and beliefs, but they all share a common goal: to make the world a better place. Many members are also in support of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and his fight against the U.S. government and other regimes around the world for freedom of information online. The group has been active for more than 10 years now, and it has already accomplished many goals through its activism efforts such as exposing corruption and human rights violations by governments across the globe, especially those that have been considered allies like Russia and China

The group’s primary goal is to expose government corruption and other crimes, as well as to fight censorship, corporate control of the Internet, and other forms of oppression. It does this by hacking into government and corporate websites, releasing sensitive information to the public domain, posting hoaxes on these sites, and otherwise causing chaos. The group’s core leadership consists of six hackers from around the world who coordinate their efforts through an online chatroom (IRC). Members are referred to as “Anons,” short for anonymous.

The first action by Anonymous members was to hack into the website of the Church of Scientology. This Church is known for being a cult, which has been accused of being involved in many crimes, including child abuse. The site was defaced, and a statement was posted on the site saying “we are Anonymous”.

The leader of this movement is an individual named Guy Fawkes. He is known as a revolutionary and has a reputation for making trouble wherever he goes. He was born in England in 1985 and grew up in the city of Bristol. He studied at King’s College London where he earned his degree in Economics. He then went on to earn his masters degree from New York University before moving back to London where he worked as an analyst for Goldman Sachs until 2011 when he quit his job due to frustration with working for banks. Guy Fawkes’ beliefs were shaped by George Orwell’s novel 1984 which he read when he was just 11 years old (1984). In this book, Orwell describes a totalitarian state where there are no freedoms whatsoever and citizens are forced to live under constant surveillance at all times by the government.
