Tienes suerte, hay una app llamada Termux donde puedes correr Python, es muy incómoda, pero si realmente quieras, empieza ahí. Cuando tengas computadora ya tendrás una buena base de Python y podrás usar más lenguajes. Usa VPN, Tor, correos falsos y protéjete, sé anónimo. Suerte.

There is a shortcut. You don’t need to install linux. You can get pretty close to a linux with wsl. However, i think the best parts about linux are:
No spies(Windows can spy on every move you make on your computer)
Less RAM/CPU usage(Windows 10 eats up like 50% of your resources, giving you less processing power to do your own things)
